ANDERSON, Calif. 12:12 P.M. UPDATE - When crews arrived, they found a 2-inch water line that was leaking. The cause of the leak was damage from tree roots.
The leak impacted about 200 customers.Â
It took crews until 11:45 a.m. to get the damaged line fixed and have water restored.
City of Anderson crews were out there with the vacuum truck and backhoe to resolve the issue.
The first call came in at 10 a.m.

Anderson City Crews are working to isolate and resolve a water leak on School Street.
The city of Anderson said this incident is affecting nearby residents.
