* Winds...Northerly winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 30 to 35 mph.

* Humidity...Overnight recoveries of 30 to 50 percent. Minimum
relative humidity of 13 to 23 percent today.

* Highest Threat...West side of the Sacramento Valley, mainly
along and West of Interstate 5, as well as the northeast
foothills.

* Impacts...The combination of gusty wind and low humidity can
cause fire to rapidly grow in size and intensity. Outdoor
burning is not recommended

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.

Red Bluff firefighters respond to dishwasher fire Thursday morning

RED BLUFF, Calif. - The Red Bluff Fire Department was dispatched to a dishwasher fire around this morning.

Around 11 a.m., firefighters responded to the 800 block of Terrace Drive.

When firefighters arrived, they said there was no visible smoke or flames coming from the home. After speaking with the resident, they were made aware of a dishwasher fire that had already been put out.

Red Bluff firefighters said units are currently working on investigating the dishwasher malfunction and estimate a commitment time of 25 minutes.
